NETmachines Lands Citrix And Morgan Keegan Executives For Board Of Directors

Josh Drachman, Director of Citrix Systems Inc., iBusiness Unit and Dipak Shah, VP of Investment Banking of Morgan Keegan Join Board of Directors for NETmachines, Inc.

SAN JOSE, May 23, 2000 - NETmachines, Inc. (www.NETmachines.net), a leading manufacturer of flexible, Web-server appliances today announced that Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTXS) iBusiness Director, Josh Drachman, and Morgan Keegan Vice President of Investment Banking, Technology/Telecommunication, Dipak Shah have agreed to join the NETmachines board of directors. Both Drachman and Shah will play integral rolls in providing future direction and developments for NETmachines' thin-server and communications solutions.

Currently, Drachman holds the position of Director of Citrix Systems' iBusiness unit. In this capacity, Drachman directs efforts to recruit and develop strategic relationships with major ASPs and ISPs worldwide. As well, Drachman is responsible for creating and implementing Citrix' programs for application and network service providers. Drachman is also known for his work in managing OEM sales and licensing of Citrix' client and server products.

Dipak Shah, a veteran in the financial markets holds the Vice President of Investment Banking at Morgan Keegan, a full service investment firm. As a major equity financing company, Morgan Keegan has placed private investments with companies including: The Good Guys, Network Telephone, IPIX, Gadzoox, and many others. With 44 offices throughout the U.S., in 1999, Morgan Keegan managed 480 bond issues, raising a total of $11.6 billion. Shah manages the Technology/Telecommunication equity investment group for Morgan Keegan, and will bring this expertise to the NETmachines' board.
