CLAIMS ASSOCIATE

The Claims Administration Department is seeking a sharp individual to administer company's return policy on a National level. Minimum of current 2 years experience in credit or A/R preferred. Individual must have a strong background in account analyses and reconciliation. MS Excel, Word, good verbal and written communication skills.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE

A challenging opportunity for a professionla individual who will interact with customers over the telephone. Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience, answer technical questions about products, excellent phone skills and capable of handling 100+ calls per day. Salary $8.65/HR. DESIGN ENGINEERS

Casio PhoneMate, a major telecommunications company has several openings for outstanding engineering candidates. Our group designs and develops a wide range of telecommunication equipment, including digital answering machines, cordless telephones, Internet, and small business products. We pride ourselves on being an innovative leader in our industry, with an emphasis on creative solutions to challenging problems. We operate in a professional, team-oriented atmosphere in a group of twenty engineers. Your position will have high visibility and will include project management responsibilities. We have the following opportunities:

MICROPROCESSOR DESIGN ENGINEERS (2)

Both positions require thorough familiarity with C and assembly languages, general software development and debugging techniques, as well as knowledge of digital/analog interface hardware. The following are requirements of the DCT and TAD positions:

DIGITAL CORDLESS TELEPHONES

Design firmware for analog, digital, and spread spectrum cordless telephone products. Requires experience in the firmware design and development of embedded DSP or microcontroller based products. Background in data communications or telecommunications a plus. Position requires a BSEE and 3-5 years of experience in embedded firmware design using C and assembly languages. TELEPHONE DEVICES

Develop embedded software for Telephone Answering Machines and Cordless Phones. Position requires a BSEE and min. 2 years experience in the design and development of microcontroller based products, DSP programming a plus. Reply to job code: TAD

WIRELESS SYSTEMS ENGINEER

Perform system design and analysis of Digital Spread Spectrum telephones, including both single and multi- channel systems. Lead our design efforts for RF transceivers for 900 Mhz and higher. This is a strategically important position with high visibility within the company. Candidates must have a BS/MSEE and at least 5 years experience in spread spectrum and RF circuit design. MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Turn conceptual designs into producible products. Work closely with Marketing and Industrial Designer to formulate concepts. Communicate with overseas manufacturer to direct tooling efforts. Requires thorough familiarity with the design of injection molded plastic cabinets, part interconnection and assembly techniques. Also requires experience with PC based CAD/CAE tools such as PRO/E.
