If you have a Casio PhoneMate product in need of repair, follow these procedures:
* Package the unit in the original box or comparable container.
* Include a clear and specific explanation of the problem
* Include your name, address, and phone number
(Including E-Mail address will speed communications)
* Provide a legible photocopy of the dated store receipt for warranty purposes.
Services not covered by warranty will be billed as follows:
$35.00 Labor
$5.00 to $15.00 Parts
$5.00 C.O.D. Charge
or
$50.50 Pre-Payment with check or money order
or
$50.50 Pre-payment with Visa/MCard Account Number and Expiration Date.
