Answering Machine Features

• Caller ID with Name & Number Display
  If you subscribe to a caller ID service, the 5100 will display the name and phone number of the incoming call. It stores information for up to 25 calls.
• Menu Driven Display
  The display shows the machine function and status and guides you through step-by-step operating instructions.
• Two Digital Outgoing Messages
  Record and change the outgoing messages using digital technology. Choose from five outgoing message modes.
• New Message Playback
  Retrieve new messages at the machine or via remote operation. The 5100 announces the total number of messages, the number of new messages, and then plays only the new messages.
• Remote Operation with Voice Menu
  Use a programmable 3-digit remote access code to play, replay, fast forward, rewind, and save messages from most touchtone phones.
• Ring Select with Tollsaver (1-9 rings)
  When set to Tollsaver, the unit indicates it has new messages by answering on the second ring. When calling in to retrieve messages and there are none, hang up before the fourth ring and avoid unnecessary toll charges.
• Auto Extension Disconnect
  Answer calls from any extension phone and automatically stop the answering machine from recording.
