Harold Albrecht - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Albrecht has public accounting practice experience with both PricewaterhouseCoopers (then Price Waterhouse & Company) and KPMG (then Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co.). Mr. Albrecht has served in senior financial positions with two entrepreneurial corporate groups and has founded three start-up companies, one of which was subject to a $650 million takeover in the last 24 months. Among other achievements, Mr. Albrecht signed the NHL franchise agreement on behalf of the Edmonton Oilers and has received a number of U.S. patents for new products he has developed. He also has experience with sourcing product manufacturing in Asia, setting up new sales and distribution channels and creating marketing strategies for new product introductions. Mr. Albrecht has a Bachelor of Commerce degree granted “With Distinction” from the University of Alberta in Canada.

Rod Beckwith - Chief Technical Officer
Mr. Beckwith is Chief Technical Officer at InternetInventions.com, an Internet Incubator located in Silicon Valley. He is also on the Board of Directors and serves as VP Technical Operations & Engineering of portfolio company NETmachines, a manufacturer of Internet servers and Web appliances.

Mr. Beckwith has over 15 years engineering experience in Internet backbone and networking. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Technical Operations for the ISP Channel Inc., a division of Softnet (SOFN on NASDAQ). In this position, Mr. Beckwith was responsible for a staff of 50 engineers and technicians. During his tenure at the ISP Channel, Mr. Beckwith built and designed a Network Operations Center (NOC) and Data facility to accommodate 1 million customers for the company. Mr. Beckwith migrated the ISP Channel’s infrastructure from an Ascend to Cisco Networks.

Mr. Beckwith was one of the early founding engineers at Netscape, having joined the company in 1994 as a Senior Network Engineer. In this position, he designed and implemented all of Netscape’s internal as well as external networks.

Concurrent with his tenure at Netscape, Mr. Beckwith was one of the founders of Internet Systems, Inc., an Internet Service Provider that was recently acquired for $180 million by Frontier Global, one of the world’s largest ISPs.

Prior to Netscape, Mr. Beckwith was employed by Silicon Graphics from 1992 - 1994 as Senior Network Engineer. In this capacity, he designed and deployed much of Silicon Graphics’ modem and internal backbone and frame relay infrastructure.

Othmar Meier - Vice-President Finance
Mr. Meier started his career with Swiss Bank Corp. in Basel, Switzerland in 1976 as Relationship Manager for a selected group of high net worth individuals. In 1979, he moved into the Commercial Banking unit of Credit Suisse in Basel, Switzerland and from 1982 through 1996 Mr. Meier was stationed in Credit Suisse’s Tokyo, Japan office. Among other functions, he was Head of the Credit Committee of Credit Suisse Japan and Head of Information Technology for Credit Suisse Japan. Mr. Meier has been a management consultant in California since 1997, most recently as a Partner of John Cabot International. In addition to English, Mr. Meier is fluent in French, German and Japanese. He has a Swiss Bankbeamtendiplom in Professional Swiss Banking from the Swiss Federal School, has attended the Executive Program in Risk Management in Banking at Insead in Fontainebleau, France, and has attended the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University where he received a Master of Science in Business Management degree (Sloan Fellow).

Brad Park - Vice-President Sports Skills Development
Mr. Park was a great, often brilliant defenseman in a 17-year National Hockey League career that culminated with his induction into the Hockey Hall Of Fame in 1988. His technical appreciation, not just of hockey, but of sports generally, resulted in the creation of the North American Super Skills Academy, which was recently purchased by iOctane.

Karin De Benedetti - Director Athletic Professional E-Commerce
Ms. De Benedetti has spent 13 years as a Certified Athletic Trainer. She supervised the building of a sports medicine center, developed and implemented its operations, managed two clinics, developed and implemented an out-reach program, coordinated sojourn coverage for the United States Cycling Federation, traveled with USA Hockey, and participated in many events as medical staff, including the 1991 World University Games in Sheffield, England. Ms. De Benedetti has also guest lectured at camps and been published in several magazines. She provided medical coverage from the cycling venue at the Atlanta Olympic Games in 1996. Ms. De Benedetti received a BS in Exercise Physiology from the University of Colorado in 1985, an MA in Exercise Science from the University of Iowa in 1986 and an MBA in Operations Management from Regis University in 1992.
