COMSUL's primary services as they relate to technology are:

These activities fall under the umbrella of Technology Project Management (TPM). We also offer services outside TPM including, but not limited to, organizational analysis, alternate office planning, and business process reengineering.

Facilities

Our facililties design activities are particularly important in relocation and restacking projects. Our goal is to future-proof space by providing highly flexible infrastructure and wiring systems. Key facilities- related capablities include:

• Building evaluation for technology usre"friendliness"
• The provision of lease terms related to technology
• Raceway design
• Furniture system evaluation
• The provision of power and HVAC needs to the M&E consultants
• Alternative office planning (telecommuting, hoteling, etc.)
• Relocation planning and execution
