Email
Basic Email Service includes:
One permanent email address Message forwarding and redirection to multiple locations a permanent URL and web redirection service telnet access to a real account with the full featured pine mailer proprietary address header replacement technology and re-mailer

Tariff: $25 sign up fee $18/year or $24 for two years.

POP3 Email option:
Includes the Basic Email Service plus POP3 access.

Tariff: $35 sign up fee $36/year or $48 for two years.

Aliases:Add an additional incoming mail address to an account.
Aliases must have a nine character minimum.
Signup: Establish either Basic or POP3 service and then send an email to support@netbox.com including your NetBox account name and the desired alias.
Tariff: $10 one time set up fee.

Email to Fax
Each fax sent is debited from a deposit stamp account. Signup: Establish Basic or POP service and then send an email to support@netbox.com include account name and desired Stamp amount.
Tariff: $25 minimum stamp

Domain aliasing
All mail addressed to your domain is redirected OR sent to a POP account for collection. Signup: First establish Basic or POP service and establish Domain hosting with NetBox.Then send an email to support@netbox.com requesting Domain aliasing.
Tariff: $125 set up fee $90/year

Majordomo mail list management for managed mail lists.
Signup: Establish Basic or POP service.
Send an email to support@netbox.com requesting Majordomo set up.
Tariff: $150 set up fee $50/month

Unix shell accounts accessible through telnet.
BSD Unix Shell account available for special applications.

Tariff: $25 set up fee $15/month payable, or $75/six months or $125/12 months

Domain Name Services (DNS)
Sub-Domain hosting, login@name.netbox.com

Domain registration either we register or provide you with the template for registration.
Signup: Establish Basic or POP service.
Send an email to support@netbox.com, let us know if you wish to do the registration, in which case we will send you the template, or if you wish us to do the registration.
Tariff: Full domain registration and hosting $50 to do the registration and handle the billing $70 is due to the InterNIC. If we do the registration we will take care of the payment. $35 set up fee $60/domain hosting fee.
Total, first year, for full domain registration and hosting, $245
Tariff: Sub Domain Hosting $10 set up fee, one time charge.

Web Hosting
Websites are hosted on Unix servers with RAID arrays for reliability, and high-bandwidth one-hop access to a fibre-optic Internet backbone. Custom services include telnet/cgi access, forms processing, credit card Handling, website to fax services and consulting.

For larger web sites the following additional charges may be charged.

Our standard price list does not cover this. Why? Generally we have seen that large sites generate a lot of file transfers and have high hit rates, with many simultaneous users. Disk space is, in itself, quite inexpensive. However, a site that has many hits can effect service to other users. We would not, for example, put a new Microsoft release on our site.

In this vein we, for sites larger than a few MB we add a MB transfer charge of,
50 MB site at $US 25/month
First 500MB/month - included
$.05/MB/month in excess.

Thus, a Gigabyte a month of transfer will run $50 for that month.

Auto-Responders
Simple ARs with fixed messages [Static ARs] Address will look like this (example):

Secure credit card processing directly into your merchant ID in Coordination with Card Service International. Assistance with low-cost merchant account set up.
