ROOTY*HOOT*HOOT and WORD WEBS PUZZLES for this week
We want to share our daily vocabulary word puzzles (which are
currently being published six days per week in several newspapers including the
Moline Daily Dispatch and the Rock Island Argus).
The Rooty*Hoot*Hoot and the Word Webs puzzles are both
"root-based" puzzles. Our idea is to make learning a new word a day more fun by:
- (1) knowing the word's root
- (2) allowing you to show your knowledge by completing a root-puzzle (much
like the daily JUMBLEŽ puzzle).
Once a week we will put two of the current week's BLACK & WHITE published
puzzles up on our home page. - Let us know what you think by writing
